Watrous "Fourth Floor Walk Up" Transcription?

I read an old thread here on the forum that the ITA published a transcription of Watrous' cadenza on his "Forth Floor Walk Up" several years ago. Does anyone have access to that? Or, has anyone happened to transcribe this cadenza?
