Plunger Techniques

Post by jorymil »

After years of off-and-on searching, I finally found a used copy of Plunger Techniques for sale on Amazon. Does anyone know if it's ever come back into print? If not, I'd be happy to share scans of it with folks: it's not the sort of thing that should be kept to oneself.

Does anyone have a copy of the cassette they'd be willing to share? I could spend another decade searching and possibly find it if I'm lucky!

Listen to the trumpet player on this one. I don't know who he is but I really like his plunger work!

Want to learn to play a plunger? Listen to Al Grey and Trickey Sam Nanton. Emulate what you hear.
