Brass Exchange

Post by Amconk »

Just gotta give a shout-out to Doug at Brass Exchange. I’ve had a few dealings with him now and am about to enter into another, and he has always gone out of his way to make sure I’m happy and taken care of. Wish all dealers were as accommodating and great to work with. Kudos!

I have had several transactions with Doug. He is always happy to answer any questions. And the phone conversations are great. His pictures are professional level.

Doug is highly recommended. His horns are very good and his descriptions are right on. You will be very happy as a customer.

+1. Just bought a trombone from B.E. Got to know Doug, learned some stuff I didn’t know, and enjoyed the process. All things being equal, and with a couple of choices open to me, I made my decision to buy there because Doug answers the phone, knows what he’s selling, and makes time for customer. The Doug abides!
