Shameless self promotion - brass ensemble concert

Post by Mikebmiller »

I know this is shameless self-promotion, but my brass ensemble managed to overcome covid quarantines, rehearsal space challenges, and many other obstacles to put on a pretty darn good concert this past Sunday. No one will mistake us for the CSO brass, but these guys did a good job and the audience was very appreciative. Take a listen if you want to.

I really enjoyed that. Thanks for sharing! I'll try and watch the schedule, perhaps I can catch the next on in person.

Thanks guys. This group has been my pet project for the last few years. Believe it or not, it’s not that easy to find 18 quality players who are willing to to do 5 rehearsals and a concert for free. I have to plan around everything on the school band calendar, the local symphony etc Not to mention paying for all the music out of my own pocket.
