Bach Frankenbone in Db
since I didn't have anything better to do at the moment, I combined the bell of my Bach 39 alto with the slide of my Bach LT 6. The result was a trombone in Db tuning with a safe 8th position. I had to put the tuning slide all the way in to get the pitch high enough (442 HZ). The partials was surprisingly good in tune. A crazy, unusual trombone. I will spent a little time with it.

Moving in on Gittleson's territory... though he was trying to shorten and shrink a bass trombone and ended up calling his "Baritone" trombones.
How many positions does this end up with, 9?

8 positions! You can play perfect a 5th glissando!
