Leather Specialties either direct from them or from Hickeys, or Osmun music.

Noah Gladstone (www.brassark.com) is a (the?) distributor for Handel Wraps. I have a left-hand wrap for my Shires bass that I'm very happy with.

If you're interested do check and see if he's got what you need in stock prior to ordering--my experience is that they were very slow on production. I don't know if the order fell through the cracks, or what actually happened. But in the end I got what I ordered and it looks and works great.
