I'm surprised this has not visited upon these pages before but... i did do a search first.
An interesting novelty number by Harry Raderman's Jazz Orchestra who made a number of recordings for Edison in the late teens and early twenties. This was probably their most well known number and showcases Harry Raderman and his "Famous Laughing Trombone". That was all just part of the huge novelty craze in early commercial jazz. Still a nice piece though.
