I am looking to sell my tenor Shires C tuning slide. Willing to negotiate a reasonable price. In good condition, about 9 months old.

Shires website says a C slide is a bass trombone slide.  Is yours really a tenor, and if so, which one?

An asking price would be helpful.

Terribly sorry for my lack of knowledge and terms. It is the 'unmarked' tuning slide. For some reason I had it stuck in my head as C.
Asking price $400. Will e-mail pictures to those interested.

Cant fault you for not knowing! It's a little confusing  They stopped marking it because their "B" taper was much more popular. They also didn't mark the material unless it is silver plated.

What material is it? (Yellow or gold, or more rarely, nickel)
