Conn 5H for sale. Similar to the popular 6H, these come without nickel oversleeves on the slide making it more lightweight.

I'm curious to know if yours is marked 5H? I had one that was identical, I think. "Artist" was engraved on the side of the bell flare, but although I "knew" it was a 5H, it was not marked as such anywhere on the horn. Mine was a very good player, IMO, similar to a 6H but with a lighter sound. It went one of my private HS students for what you're asking, and she is very happy with it.

Yep, it sure is (see pics). It also says Victor on the bell.
Great horn for the advancing jazz student. Perhaps not the best for Mahler 3, but Mingus for sure.
