I'm a little confused. The William Tell Overture (Rossini) doesn't have movements. It does have several different sections with different feels.

The entire part is on IMSLP (www.imslp.org).

The usual excerpt is from the "storm scene" (which is not labeled as such) and consists of a series of scalar runs; generally done at a rather fast tempo. It's an excerpt that has been analyzed by several sites. One is called www.tromboneexcerpts.org.

The trombone excerpts are out there- the tenor parts are different from the bass part, but the scalar runs are the same.
