Someone gave a positive shout out to Instrument Innovations in another thread and I just decided to post my thoughts separately. I had ordered their axe handle and had some problems with it. I contacted them and they immediately remedied the situation at no additional cost to me. If I'm ever in the market for another accessory and they produce it I will buy it from them in a heartbeat. I encourage you to send your business their way.

This has been my exact experience with them, on multiple occasions. The Olsen’s are wonderful to deal with, and their service will definitely keep me coming back.

They’re atop my recommendation list when associates are looking for anything they produce (leadpipe rings and adaptors, brace handles, fantastic valves in a few flavors, etc...)

I also had the same experience. I ordered an axe handle from a different website and it was too
large for my horn. They sent me a replacement at no cost that fit my horn much better.
