Hi,

Has anyone ever compiled a leadpipe comparison chart (similar to those generalized mouthpiece comparison charts you see online)? I’d love to see stock and aftermarket leadpipes (of all sizes) all in one place. I’d imagine that might be a pricey endeavor for even a retailer to undertake, but it would certainly be helpful for the customer!

One thing I would wonder about is the variability between the same leadpipe models (e.g. Edwards tenor #1 vs Edwards tenor #1). I am not sure how leadpipes are manufactured, but I would assume there is at least the differences similar to mouthpiece tolerances if not even more. Also where the leadpipes are measured, and how.

Chart may need to include how a leadpipe compares to itself both with and without gook.
