Copied from a post on the Trombone Pedagogy FB page, but I can vouch for it. It's a goldmine of bone books (inc. one book for alto bone, and one of tuba solos), all for free, from Warwick Music.

"To help support us during these times, Warwick Music offers its top ten music education titles as free pdf downloads. Included are the first volume of Benny Sluchin's alto trombone method; several collections of jazz etudes from Mark Nightingale; Peter Gane's *Circuit Training*. For beginners, there's the *Music Marvels: Learn to play the trombone* by Matt Kingston and Steve Legge; and Adrian Taylor's *Simple Studies*. Offer valid until June 30; at checkout, enter the coupon code MUSICTOGETHER to receive the 100% discount."

The link on the above page for the Nightingale book Jazz@Etudes is wrong - correct link:

ENJOY! :D

Matt,

Thanks so much for this referral. I've just downloaded the Mark Nightingale books – for free! – and am delighted.

These will probably keep me busy for the remainder of the pandemic isolation! :good:

Cheers!

My pleasure! Happy to pass it along.

I would be remiss if I didn’t also suggest throwing some $$ (or technically some £££) at Warwick as and when one can afford it, once this nonsense is over. They have a LOT of great titles and this is such a generous move on their part.

It worked for me. Great deal. I'll be sending them some funds anyway, in appreciation!

I just printed off the Sluchin book. This is a substantial piece of work. Warwick has been exceptionally generous and I am very grateful.

Thanks very much. I've been looking for stuff like the Nightingale. Great opportunity. Buy some other stuff from them.

I have used Warwick in the past. This is awesome! But I only count 8—nine with the Music Marvels. Maybe Music Marvels trombone, treble clef and bass clef separately, constitute 9 and 10. Also, I found that you need to search for, and follow, a separate link to Jazz@Etudes (Nightingale). The link on the "FREE Digital Sheet Music" page is a redundant link to 20 Jazz Etudes (Nightingale).
