Efficiency/Pure Relaxation

Post by ttf_Johnston93 »

Hi all,

As I watch some of the most advanced players on trombone (or any instrument really), I notice they look like they're not playing/ sometimes falling asleep. I'm wondering if you know some of these techniques of how these players moved towards, and eventually accomplished this skill. Also, it would be great if we posted some videos of very strong players who have playing tendencies like this.

It's about learning to only do what you have to do to get the result you want..... as you get older you HAVE to work that one out !

They're counting rests.
