Slide Width medium bore vs large bore

Anyone have width measurements for medium bore (.525) and large bore (.547) slides? Bach 36 vs 42 or Edwards medium bore vs large bore, etc.

Narrow and wide slides (not necessarily related to the bore size) of Yamaha are 94 and 104 mm, according to their catalogue.

Edwards are the same. I dont have measurements but I own both and they are the same.
