Those guys have been together for a loooong time. Charlie is from about an hour North of me originally. I have only met him once, but I know a buch of guys that know him very well. He had a brother who passed away a few years ago who was also an excellent player.

I don’t know what the record is for longevity in a principal trombone chair, but Mr. Friedman has to be up there with the longest.
