Conn 36H grip technique for better ergonomics

I saw that people were not happy with the 36H ergonomics. I used to also not be a fan, but I can play for hours with this grip, and the trigger never is affected by my hand:

I think the key is that most of the weight is held by the tips of the ring and pinky fingers, and the wrist is completely lined up with brace (ie, at a 90 degree angle to the slide tube). You can see that the bulk of the palm does not touch the cork barrel or anything. A very light, efficient grip.

If I can make the 36H work, you can imagine my surprise at being physically unable to hold a Courtois large bore tenor! :horror:
