The valve cluster looks like a Conn.

I just found out it's a Martin made in Elkhart, IN. Don't know model yet. Were they good horns?

Martin made some fantastic trombones and trumpets. Don't know how their Sousas were.

Martin tubas were considered high quality professional instruments in the period they were made.
