Yes, I realize this is another case thread-

I find myself in the position of needing a bass case for a B502-I.

I already have a square Chinese foam case for home storage,and a Bonna screw-bell bass case (love it) for a different horn. . Also assorted pro-techs. (So not interested in them or the Bags of Spain or Eastman)


The other options I’m considering are the Bonna (non XL), and DAC NX-2.

Does anyone have any insight beyond “get the xxxx”? In particular, anything they DONT like about any of these.
I’d be placing compactness for cabin luggage high in the list, and hope never to need to check it. (Or I’ll fly with the screw bell, but I don’t want to chop the 502)
