Anyone happen to know what the bore size of the rotors/tubing is for these models? I suspect it's either .530 or .547 but I couldn't find any information on the Yamaha 24x7 page (unless it's looking right at me, I'm not used to reading engineering schematics).

I have a YSL 356G, it measures 13.9 mm inside the F tuning slide - 0.547" - no idea about the YSL 646G, but since Yamaha as a tendency to re-use parts, it seems reasonable to assume it's the same.
Known differences are:
YSL 356G has 204.4mm(8'')rose-brass bell and dual 12.7-13.34mm (0.5-0.525") slide
YSL 646G has 214.4mm (8 1/2") yellow-brass bell and ML 13.34mm (0.525") slide (same as YSL-446G and YSL-620 )

I thought YSL-620 has the 13.9 mm slide like the 682 it replaced. The 13.3 mm slide would have gone on the 630 and 640.

Awesome! Thanks for checking on that! Very good information to know I'm deciding what to do on my alto and I think that will work nicely on it. Also good information either way, I like the Yamaha rotors on my horns which I primarily use for commercial stuff. They're all little broader than the kings which actually suits me quit well and makes sense as, on paper, the differences all lean in that direction including the smaller diameter rotors.
