Looks like another whatever-level stencil horn from the early 20th.

In my totally informed expert opinion, it was a
national-level stencil horn from the early 20th. Put some respek on its name!

Here's a possible lead. A trade name listing site
https://www.horn-u-copia.net/pubtrade.p ... y=Retailer shows Nationals were made and sold by Couesnon & Co. The Couesnon history part of the site says they made horns which were imported into the United States, including many that were sold under the names of music stores and other private labels. No guarantees, though. Comparing pics of Couenon tbones from that era to your National might help narrow it down.
