FS: Pickett Bass Trombone Mouthpieces /Components

Post by ttf_mmclemore »

I have a few Pickett bass trombone mouthpieces/components for sale.  All are in excellent to mint condition.
They play great...just a little too much mouthpiece for the limited amount of practice time that I have.

I'd prefer to sell it all as a set but I am open to offers to split for the right deal. All prices include shipping to the lower 48.
Pics available upon request...sent an email to: ][email protected]

Rims:

1R rim in silver plate; $60.00
1R rim in Acrylic;      $60.00
1R rim in gold plate;   $100.00

Cups:

1M cup in silver plate; $95.00
1S cup in silver plate; $95.00

$400.00 for the lot.

Thanks for looking

One question:

Do the 1 rims fit the 1 cups equally well? No discernible ridge where the rim meets the cup when fully screwed on?

The machining done by Pickett is some of the finest I've seen.  There is no discernible ridge...the fit is truly top notch.

What are the 1M and 1S comparable to? Would you happen to be able to roughly compare them to Doug Elliott sizes?

The inner rim diameter is 1.16" with the S cup being like an Elliott K cup and the M being like the Elliott L-M cups.

Thanks
