For sale is my getzen 1052fd independent in yellow brass. Ever so slight wear on the contact points. One dent (that's it) on the f tuning slide (pictured). Other than that, its brand new. Three leadpipes and original receipt of sale included. Bought new in 2008. $2500 OBO. With domestic shipping included for a full price offer.
Also on eBay. If you'd like the horn, make me an offer to [url=mailto:[email protected]][email protected][/url] and I'll remove it from eBay.
Will take partial trade for shires large bore tenor (with f orThayer) or older model Bach tenor with Thayer. Possible trade for the right 50b.

Shipping should be around $50. Payment by PayPal only. 3% to buyer if PayPal is used for transaction without friends and family option.

If you think shipping will be $35, you haven't shipped a bass bone lately. I just shipped one fro SC to Oregon Fedex ground and it was $130 without buying any extra insurance.

I second this comment. I was mortified it cost $115 to ship my King 3B+ from FL to IA via UPS, but that did include insurance for full replacement value.

It's all about box dimensions and shipping zones. With a 40x14x14 box, USPS is considerably less expensive than FedEx and UPS. From MN I can ship Priority Mail to the eastcoast for $38.50, FedEx and UPS are +$90.

I've experienced the same costs. From Virginia Beach to NYC, including insurance, was $54.
