Holiday Greetings

About 8 years ago, I (a returning trombonist after not playing for several decades) discovered The Trombone Forum, followed by its successor TromboneChat in 2018. During that time, I have learned a great deal about my favorite instrument, acquired new equipment (trombones and mouthpieces) and learned how to make music with this diverse collection, and corresponded with many trombonists, several of whom I now consider friends, though we have never met in person.

At this special time of the year, I greet you all, and wish you the happiest of holidays and the most pleasant new year.

Thanks to each of the members of the trombone fellowship. Merry Christmas, everyone! :hi:

Since this is a multicultural site I wish everyone a Happy Chanukah, Festive Saturnalia, Merry Festivus, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa, and Happy New Year (Western and Eastern). Andi if I left something out, let me know and I'll wish you that, too.

May the good vibes of the season be with you.

Season's Greetings is not a war on Christmas; it just reflects the multicultural aspects of this season. If you are Christian, Merry Christmas. If not, Season's Greetings.

Hi to all fellow trombonists wherever you are and wishing you all the best for the festive season.

And a special word for those of you in the US who are suffering in the treacherous weather at present. Good luck to you and here's hoping you aren't affected too seriously.

Cheers

Thanks! Just came back from playing a Christmas eve quartet gig at my church. It is minus 12 Celsius here. My feet are still cold!

The best of the season to you and yours.

I have merged two topics, one labeled Holiday Greetings and one labeled Seasons Greetings. I felt they were really the same thing.
