Quacking sound on trombone?

Lots of the time when i play notes on my Piccolo trombone (the root note is Bb4 on piccolo trombone, my highest on tenor is F4, making it difficult to play notes on piccolo) I'll hear a sound similar to an angry goose. Is there any way i could reduce this quacking sound?

Remove Daffy and/or Donald from the bore.

Leave Daisy in place.

If your highest note on tenor is F4, what are you doing with a piccolo trombone where the lowest note is higher than your range?

Go back to tenor trombone and serenade moose. When you can play C5 on tenor, then take another shot at the "baby".

Chinese horn? Might be a Peking duck. (sorry).
You've only been playing the piccolo trombone for less than two weeks?
Your trombone embouchure is totally confused by the piccolo's trumpet-size mouthpiece and the lack of air resistance from the very short tubing.
Patience. Practice, practice, practice. It takes an embouchure time to learn new things.

If it happened to me, I‘d also be checking for frogs.

The ones around here seem to quack as well as any duck.
