Everyday trombone case

Hi guys!
I've started looking for a new trombone case because my Protec Platinum Gig Bag is starting to lose its shape after 3 years of excessive usage (and a serious bike accident too).

I want a case that I could ride my bike with, walk with it comfortably and overall a light case for everyday usage. But also for flying with it (safe in the cargo hold if needed) and for a safer case than a gig bag.

My teacher recommended Marcus Bonna's cases but they cost a lot (out of my price range) and I can't find any second-hand on Ebay or even here. and when I looked deeper I saw that the Bonna Light Case is perfect for me but way out of my budget.

Do ya'll have a case you could recommend me in a decent price (~200$ new or used)?

Thanks, Tal :D .

I have one of these and am very happy with it. Light but good protection. Must be slightly modified for 2B and 3B Kings.

The Crossrocks are good, but the old Eastmans (now JWinter) are I think better cases, for approx the same price. Better internal storage and overall construction, to be specific. I've got one of each. They both have backpack straps.

Crossrock that (I assume) hyperbolica is referring to:

Eastman:

Pretty similar in shape and size, both would take backpack straps. I’ve used Eastman cases myself for a long time and have been very happy, small bore up to large tenor with axial no issues.
