Repair in Vegas

Post by mcphatty00 »

I just moved to Vegas and need some stuff done. I lived in Pennsylvania for 45 years and the only hands that ever touched my horns were Chuck Ward near Cleveland. Any suggestions?

Check out Del Quadro in North Vegas. He’s primarily a trumpet shop, but is well regarded.

I’ve bought from Kessler & Sons but never needed their repair services. They cater more to the school crowd - set expectations appropriately - but also might do what you need.

Keep us updated on the results. I pass through Vegas often enough that I’d also like to know who is available for tech work.

Kessler is hit and miss nowadays, from what I've heard. Before I moved away, they hired new apprentice techs every year, so no one really got any further than doing basic cleanings.

My friend Tim Adelson moved to Vegas a little bit ago and he's a great tech! He mentioned he had most of his tools set up, so I'd send him a message and see if he's available: [email protected]
