Looking for Kenton’s Polkadots and Moonbeams

I might get to play this early next year and thought I’d shed it over Christmas. I inquired at Sierra - I’m happy to pay the $5 - but it doesn’t offer a pdf download option and the current 
postal strike is entering its second month. Not that Sierra actually got back to me.
I wonder if someone would be so kind as to send me a copy by email to the address on my profile?
