How do I...

I need to do some home A/V recording. I know that a number of folks here do that very well. I don't want to become an expert A/V engineer, I just want to do some simple recordings. How can I do it?
What I want to do. Someone is sending me several backing tracks. I want to play live to it and record it on audio and video, then send the completed track back to the sender. It's not a professional recording thing, this is just for the purpose of analyzing and discussing the content. So I need to lay down the backing track, the track of me playing over it, and video of my playing over it. Then send the whole mp4 or similar file back to the sender.
What I have. I have a meh AKG condenser mic with XLR connectors that needs phantom power. I have a PreSonus Quantum 2626 interface. I have a MacBook Pro. I have headphones and in-ear monitors. I have Adam Audio bookshelf monitors. As for software, I have a DAW (ProTools) that I don't know how to use, and iMovie that I barely know how to use (Boomer level technical capability, here. Think of your grandmother hooking up a stereo system). I have an iPhone.
What I do NOT have. Other than my iPhone, I don't have a video camera or lighting.
The Big Question Given the above, and given that I want it as plug and play as possible and don't want to have to study for 16 weeks to learn how to do this, what additional equipment do I need, and what do I need to do with it?
Thanks. I'm guessing that the answers will make me want to give up in despair and throw my trombone in the ocean, but I figure it's worth a shot.
