WTB:

Griego Oft
Trombone Mouthpiece, Large Shank
The Oft mouthpiece was developed with Toby Oft, principal trombonist of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Oft has very specific rim ideas and sound concepts that translated into this model. The blank is a lighter artist series blank that allows a widevariety of colors to be chosen from and used within the sound palate. This model features a 1.038" cup diameter and a 0.283" throat. The cup depth is medium and soars in the upper register giving brilliance when pushed. - the manufacturer/cdp
•  26.32mm (1.038 inch) cup diameter
•  0.283 inch throat
•  Artist series blank
•  Silver plated

FYI this is the earliest generation of the oft tenor piece. It has since morphed into a series (4, 4.5, and 5). They aren't on griegos website yet. I played on the 4.5 for about 6 months and it's very nice. You could get them at shows and some shops.

Got one on the way.

Anyone care to comment on the playing characteristics while I wait for the postman?
