New Forum Chief Administrator - Joe Jackson

Because Richard Byrd has not been spending a lot of time visiting the Forum, the Staff has elected Joe Jackson as Forum Chief Administrator.
Joe will act as a "super administrator" handling day-to-day issues and leading the Moderator team. Joe had this position in the past when we were the OTJ Forum.
