Looking for a Bach 42BO slide lock

New to the forum, and been enjoying all the information!
I realize this is a strange request, but I'm just getting back into playing and the only horn i have is my old marching horn from high school (the aforementioned Bach 42BO).
Horn works fine, but the missing slide lock is kind of annoying.
Anyone have one for sale, or ideas on how to procure one?

If you are a girl, you probably own a few elastics used for pony tails. If you are a boy and have a mother or sister, you may be able to procure one (steal if you must). Tie the band around the top of the slide brace leaving a long loop. Wrap this loop around the mouthpiece receiver (you may need to remove the mouthpiece; most of them don't stretch quite that far). It ain't pretty but it should work.
I have a couple of trombones that never had slide locks. I do the following:
1. I always hold it with my left pinkie around the slide brace if not playing.
2. When I pick it up I make sure I have my pinkie wrapped around the slide brace.
3. If I am using a trombone stand I adjust the stand so the slide extends about 1/2 to 1 inch when the bow touches the floor.
These are much better alternatives than spending a small fortune on an accessory some pros discard.

Wow - thanks for all the fast replies!
Bruce, I think you suggestion is a winner. I always hold my slide with my pinky around it, lock or not, and using a hairtie I can leave it on my stand without the slide being exposed, and not have to worry about the slide lock when i'm playing.

I think I should point out that what Mike Olsen is selling is the part of the slide lock that is soldered to the outer slide tube that is gripped by the pawl. Not common for these to get lost unless a heat torch is involved.
