It took me about a year ( I have no excuse other than very busy) It now seems obvious to me that I should have come up with this much sooner. ( By the way just putting one thread over the other does not work there is a secret formula it took me several hours to develope.)
Bi threaded Leadpipe nut . It has both 32 pitch and 18 pitch threads cut into its O.D. So it fits into Getsen /Edwards , Schilke or most other fine threaded slides as well as Shires Kanstull or most other coarse threaded slides. I have sent out samples to some of my techs for inspection and trial . You will need a tech to mount this onto your lead pipe but once you have this done it will fit many different models and should give more flexibility to those who have access to different models .
