Can the F tuning slide on a 110H be pulled to E?

If you can pull about 4.5 inches (115 mm) you should be golden. It looks like it should from the pictures I've seen,

Most open wrap horns should have enough tubing to pull to E.

Not necessarily. Depends on how the tubing is designed. I've seen some that are way too short and others that are good.

Assuming that they're all the same and haven't changed their design as such then yes.
The one I have is a 90s model and the F slide is veeerrrryyy long. You just have to be careful you've got plenty of space behind you....don't want to take an eye out with that thing!
