Which manufacturers are currently (or in the past) producing this combo?

I had a Shires T0825GLW slide that I still somewhat kick myself for selling but I used it for commercial stuff and the gold tubes made it just a touch too dark (even for me!) combined with the large tuning slide of the large bore slides. It was originally setup with their small tenon, which is not standard on those horns (Ben Griffin and I exchanged a few emails making sure it WAS the smaller tenon which is how unusual that is, back when he was working there).

Yamaha has a 356 as well but that's 500/525. I'm actually playing a franken 356 right now that I quite like, despite it being a student horn. One of the benefit of the 500 upper is there is more choice of leadpipes. The 356 stock has a soldered pipe though so it takes extra work to get it out if you go that route.
