FS: Renaissance Slide Trumpet

I am selling a Renaissance Slide Trumpet that does not have a makers name on it, but is very probably a Meinl und Lauber.  This is not the usual slide trumpet, but is an instrument with a single slide that is a reproduction of an instrument that would have been used during the 15th and 16th centuries.  It is pitched in Eb at A=440 and includes crooks for D, C, and Bb at 440.  It does not come with a mouthpiece or case.  The mouthpiece receiver is tenor trombone size.
