this horn is 500 bore tenor 8 inch bell silver plated .this horn is like new very little use is all original it is at Baltimore brass if like to see picture . members price is 1000 plus shipping

I own a 48H-- 1966-- and it's my impression that they all are like mine-- nickel plated bell with lacquer over-- unless yours is a special order model.

Great horn, though.
