Aside from the name, what is the difference between a King Tempo II 607 and a King 607? Thank you.

The Tempo II is more like a 606 with a small bore but has an F-attachment. The 607F and 608F are medium bore trombones at .525"

The Tempo II 607, Tempo II 609, 607F, and 608F should all be pretty much the same instrument (with a rose bell in the 608F's case). I'm not exactly sure what the difference is between the 607 and 609, as I have seen both in nickel plate.
The 605F is the smaller .500" bore F-attachment instrument.

I believe the 605F is .493 or .491. My local tech measured the inner slide at .49 and the inner tubing of the rotor at .48, which doesn't make a tremendous amount of sense to me except they were obviously rounding to some degree by not providing the last digit that is typically used.

Re: King tempo II 607
I recently got a King 606 (~1985) to donate to a needy student. Its specs:
Straight tenor trombone, 0.500" bore, 8.0" yellow brass bell, chrome-plated nickel-silver inner slide tubes, nickel-silver outer slide tubes, brass tuning slide.
Refurbished by the shop that had rented it, this is a very nice trombone. I wouldn't be ashamed to bring it to a gig.
