Is the second numeral a '3' or a perhaps poorly struck '6'? It a little difficult to see in your photo. I ask because the upper half of the left 3 consists of two straight lines meeting at an angle; it is not like the rounded portion of a circle that occurs on the lower half. That upper half angle doesn't seem to be present on the right '3'.

I would also agree that it's a 36 where the stamp didn't completely show up.
