I got one included with my 640 as well.

I really like it! It's a nice 6.5AL alternative for those not familiar with Yamaha mouthpiece spec translations.

The 640 is a great horn. A great value for a very good .525 horn with a very good valve and F attachment. Excellent slide, and a great tone.
