I'm not a horn dealer or a collector, I just "buy and try" horns, and then sell them on. I'm already losing money or just breaking even at the listed prices. The Bolero is probably the most underpriced, they go for nearly double this price at Dillons, and they play great. The 30h is a usable student horn/big band/combo/trunk(spare) horn, although it plays as well as used horns at 4x this price. The 8h has a factory custom 8" bell, and an Eric Edwards lightweight/narrow 525 slide. Very clear tone. It plays much more like a modern 79h than a normal 8h. The Holton is probably the best overall orchestral or band player, with a 5G it is as sensitive as an 88h, but with a 2G mouthpiece, it's a powerful single valve bass. Yamahas are both amazing players.
