Then I would refund those who were not first. However, I doubt it'll come to that. I've found that typically with items that are more desirebale there are a lot of 'nibbles' from folks looking to get an unreasonable deal and I don't want to get in the business of managing that. People who are serious tend to email to verify it's still available and then pay promptly.
